CentOS の 3.1・3.2・3.3 との相違点は何でしょう？ それらは全て RedHat Enterprise Server Linux 3 を基盤としているのですか？(2004 年 11 月 26 日) †
1. CentOS 3.2 は存在していません。
2. CentOS 3.1 と CentOS 3.3 が基盤となっているのは RedHat Enterprise Linux 3 です。
3. RedHat の更新版リリース期間は年に4回です。
CentOS 3.1 は RHEL 3 update set 1 (U1) を用いています。
CentOS 3.3 は RHEL 3 update set 3 (U3) を用いています。
ちなみに RHEL 3 は RedHat Linux 9 が基盤となっています。
